Canceling your order

Every order can be canceled until the point when they’re dispatched. In the event that your order has been paid for and you have to change or cancel it, you should get in touch with us inside 12 hours. Once the delivering process has begun, it can never be canceled.


Your fulfillment is our number one priority. In this manner, you can ask for a discount or reshipment for requested items if:

  • you don’t get them inside the ensured time (45 days excluding 5-7 day handling)
  • you get the wrong item
  • you don’t want/need the item you have gotten (you will have return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We don’t issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive because of variables inside your control (e.g. giving the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive because of remarkable conditions outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, deferred by a cataclysmic event).
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page.
